FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Every feature winner in the upcoming Speed Shift TV Dirt Knights Tour for IMCA Modifieds will receive a knight to remember the night by, courtesy of new sponsor Imperial Trophy and Awards.
The Fort Wayne, Ind., company provides the trophies, topped by the 12” figure of a medieval knight, to be presented in victory lane following each event in the 11th annual tour.
Imperial, branded as Your Recognition Company, was started 55 years ago by Tommy Loy and is now owned and operated by his daughter Kim Coble and son Randy Loy.
While adding to an already extensive line of promotional items, apparel and drinkware, Imperial has developed a new and now growing niche in the motorsports awards market.
“Everyone has been super happy. It’s been a very smooth transition,” said Coble. “Our customers who have wanted promotional items can get trophies and awards with their logos on them, too.”
“We’ve purchased new equipment and expanded our product lines,” she continued. “Whatever our customers want with their name on, we can probably do for them.”
More information about those products is available by calling 260 432-8161 and at the www.imperialtrophyawards.com website.
“This was a perfect sponsorship opportunity for Imperial and IMCA,” commented IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “The trophies they will provide for the tour are truly works of art and I know feature winners will display them prominently.”
The Dirt Knights Tour is now scheduled to open with three races in as many nights and in as many different states July 20 at Park Jefferson Speedway in South Dakota, July 21 at Jackson Motorplex in Minnesota and July 22 at Iowa’s Buena Vista Raceway.
