PEM Racing adding Late Model awards to IMCA program

ST. CLAIR, Mo. – Performance Engineering & Manufacturing adds awards for Late Model drivers in its ninth season of IMCA sponsorship.

The Late Model national champion receives a $250 certificate from the St. Clair, Mo., manufacturer while second through fifth place finishers in the national point standings each receive $150 certificates.  Feature winners at designated specials for the full-bodied division also receive a set of quick change gears.

PEM again gives $250 certificates to champions in each of the five regions for IMCA Modifieds and in the Speed Shift TV Dirt Knights Tour, and $150 certificates to regional and tour runners-up.

The pole starter at each Dirt Knights Tour main event and winners of 30 designated IMCA Modified specials all earn a set of quick change gears.

“All of us here at PEM Racing are proud to be involved with IMCA and their brand of affordable competitive racing,” PEM Sales Manager Randy Harrison expressed. “We enjoy the interaction with the racers and hope these certificates can help their racing program.”

Certificates for series and special events will be mailed from the IMCA home office after official results from those events are received; quick change gear set certificates are redeemable through the company direct or PEM dealers.

Modified regional awards will be presented during the national banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week.

“PEM continues their support of the premier Modified Tour in the Midwest, while adding additional incentives for our Late Model division as well,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder observed. “We are always looking for new members to involve in a program and we continue to be able to do that with the PEM sponsorship.”
