Tire Demon adding to IMCA special events awards

KELLEY, Iowa – Tire Demon by Love Tap adds to an already impressive IMCA special events program with new post-season awards in 2020.

A drawing will determine three winners of right rear tire saver tools given by the Kelley, Iowa, manufacturer to IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod drivers.

Tire Demon, owned by former SportMod driver Tim Love, begins its fifth season of sponsorship and latest two-year pact with IMCA, and again gives $500 certificates to designated place finishers at 30 specials for Modifieds and at 15 designated specials for Stock Cars and for SportMods.

Those certificates are to be applied toward the purchase of a tire prep stand and will be mailed after official race results are received at the IMCA home office.

Also new to the Tire Demon program in 2020 is a base machine, wash tub and brush to be presented to the Late Model champion at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

The Modified champion again receives a Tire Demon machine, the Stock Car and Northern SportMod champions both tire scythes.
