VANCOUVER, Wash. – Zamp Racing, the company known as The Number One Name In Protection is a new sponsor for all eight IMCA divisions.

The Vancouver, Wash., manufacturer of helmets and head and neck restraint systems begins its partnership with the sanctioning body with a program that also extends to two special series and the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

“We really like IMCA and its history, and the programs and structure it provides,” explained Zamp’s Kyle Keenan. “We want to complement that and we want to do something at a high caliber.”

Champions of both the Deery Brothers Summer Series for Late Models and the Arnold Motor Supply Dirt Knights Tour receive Zamp Z-Tech Series head and neck restraints with a complete helmet kit.

Product certificates good for $100 off the purchase of a Z-Tech Series head and neck restraint go to each IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock regional champion, and to IMCA Late Model, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod, Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod and Mach-1 Sport Compact national champions.

Champions crowned at Super Nationals receive Zamp RZ-35 Dirt SA2015 helmets.

“We have displayed with Velocita for several years. I attended Super Nationals last year and had a good time,” said Keenan, who’d raced sports cars professionally before starting with Zamp. “I was impressed with the job IMCA did organizing the event and with the pride so many drivers had in their cars and teams. I was very impressed with the professionalism.”

All Zamp awards will be presented during the IMCA national banquet in November.

“Kyle and I met in Boone last season through Brad Smith at Velocita and found we had some common goals right away,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “It was great to get to know him and the Zamp brand and we realized pretty quickly that this could be a great partnership moving forward. We are really excited about what we have put together and I think IMCA racers will embrace the entire Zamp line of products.”
