YORK, Pa. – For a third consecutive season, Winters Performance Products gives awards to top drivers in the IMCA Modified division.
The national rookie of the year receives a complete quick change rear end from the York, Pa., manufacturer while top five drivers in point standings for each of the five regions get $100 product certificates.

All awards will be presented during the national banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office.
Tyler Frye earned national rookie of the year honors in 2016 and nearly 50 drivers are already in the running for this year’s title.
