Whole Lotta Cash at stake in Aug. 2-5 IMCA Modified features

ALTA, Iowa – Four $1,000 to win IMCA Modified events in as many nights are on Race For The Dash and a Whole Lotta Cash cards in early August.

Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot-qualifying features are scheduled Wednesday, Aug. 2 at Buena Vista Raceway in Alta; Thursday, Aug. 3 at Kossuth County Speedway in Algona; Friday, Aug. 4 at Crawford County Speedway in Denison; and Saturday, Aug. 5 at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan.

The Algona show is during the county fair; BVR, Crawford County and Shelby County events are also Dash at the Clash qualifiers for the Aug. 8 Harris Clash at Hamilton County Speedway.

All regular weekly divisions run each night at each track.

Racing follows 6:30 p.m. hot laps at Harlan, 6:45 p.m. hot laps at Alta and 7 p.m. hot laps at Algona and Denison.

Baca Dominates IMCA Modified Opener at Ernie Mincy Memorial Early Thaw

Casa Grande, ARIZONA (January 23, 2025) — Chaz Baca Jr. added another victory to his already amazing 2025 season, dominating the IMCA Modified main event on the opening night of the Ernie Mincy Memorial Early Thaw at Central Arizona Raceway. The two-time defending IMCA National champion and reigning Western Region, Arizona State, and Central Arizona Raceway titleholder led all twenty laps in a commanding performance. Baca, hailing from Mesa, seized the lead from the drop of the green flag and worked to build a comfortable margin. His efforts were briefly challenged as California racers Jerry Flippo and Troy Morris III gave chase. The race took an intense turn midway through as the leaders encountered heavy lapped traffic. Razor Chassis renews North Central Region sponsorship

**PLATTE CENTER, Neb. (January 22, 2025)** – Razor Chassis celebrates 12 years of IMCA Modified support in 2025, marking its fourth season as title sponsor of the North Central Region. The North Central Region encompasses tracks in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Saskatchewan, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Jet Racing celebrates 28 years of IMCA sponsorship

**BEATRICE, Neb. (January 22, 2025)** – Jet Racing celebrates its 28th year as an IMCA marketing partner and 14th as the title sponsor of the Central Region for Modifieds. Top 10 drivers in the official 2025 point standings for the region, which includes tracks in Arkansas, eastern Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, will share a $6,000 point fund, with the champion earning $2,500.
