BOONE, Iowa – A preview to the greatest show on dirt is this Saturday at Boone Speedway.
The Sept. 3 Wild Rose Casino Resort Prelude to the Super Nationals will feature a total car count second only to the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s itself.
Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds race for $1,000 to win in their Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks complete the card.
Drivers are required to pre-register for Super Nationals in order to be eligible to compete in the draw/redraw show.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded, as will BMS North Central Region points for Modifieds, EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region points for Stock Cars and Big Daddy Race Cars Northern Region points for Hobby Stocks.
Pit gates open at 4 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5 p.m. Hot laps are at 6 p.m. with racing to follow.
Pit passes are $25. Spectator admission is $15 for adults, $5 for youth ages 13-17 and free for 12 and under.
Pre-tech for Super Nationals starts on Sunday with the 34th annual running of America’s Racin’ Vacation set for Sept. 5-10.
