DODGE CITY, Kan. – Mayhem will most assuredly ensue as Dodge City Raceway Park hosts the third annual SportMod Mayhem event this Saturday night.
While the IMCA SportMods will battle it out for a $1,000 winner’s share, the Aug. 27 card will also include Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks.
Saturday’s racing action atop the 3/8-mile clay oval will go green at 7:30 p.m. General admission is $15 with children 11 and under admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
Woodward, Okla.’s Mike Roach reigns as defending SportMod Mayhem winner after topping a field of 29 entries last year. Clay Money topped the inaugural version of SportMod Mayhem in 2014.
