BEATRICE, Neb. (April 12, 2024) – Beatrice Speedway remembers a long-time race fan and racing supporter on opening night Friday, April 26. The inaugural Joey Hergott Memorial sees Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods in the spotlight, running for $2,024 to win and a minimum of $200 to start. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds run for $1,224 to win, $100 to start and Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifying eligibility, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $1,024 to win, $124 to start and B & B Racing Chassis All-Star qualifying eligibility. April 11, 2024 By Joyce Eisele MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa (April 11, 2024) – Drivers from all over the United States made their way to the fast quarter-mile Marshalltown Speedway for night one of the King of the High Banks show Thursday night. There were 150 cars in competition with 55 IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars on hand to start qualifying for their $5,000 to win finale on Friday. Also on the docket were Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts. IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars have nine Friday dates at Lakeside

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (April 12, 2024) – Ralph Palmer got some seat time in a Sprint Car “years ago” during his own racing career. CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (April 10, 2024) – IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car teams and fans will remember one of their own when Atomic Speedway hosts the inaugural East Coast Nationals Chad Hyatt Memorial. Maquoketa Speedway hosts All Star Night this Saturday

The quarter-mile dirt track located on the Jackson County Fairgrounds on the east edge of Maquoketa will begin a very busy day with a race car show beginning at noon. Fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet drivers and see the cars up close. Duke adds Keystone Challenge to IMCA RaceSaver resume

(April 6, 2024) – Drew Young and Doug Dodson seemed ready to settle the 12th annual Keystone RaceSaver Challenge between themselves; third-running Ken Duke admitted he had nothing for the leaders. Then, with two laps to go in the River Valley Builders Pennsylvania Sprint Series’ biggest race of the year Saturday at Port Royal Speedway, both Young and Dodson slowed with flat tires. Duke admitted he broke out in a smile when he saw that had happened. He had the lead, but he had veteran Roger Irvine, 2023 PASS points runner-up Zach Rhodes, Jeffrey Weaver and high-riding Nick Sweigert on his bumper for the restart. By JM Hallas PLEASANTON, Texas (April 6, 2024) – Solar Eclipse Eve, Eve. I-37 Speedway roared back into action less than two days away from the Total Solar Eclipse. An omen perhaps? The inaugural South Texas Friesen Performance IMCA Modified Series race on I-37 Speedway’s ¼-mile, semi-banked, dirt, oval was a barn burner with Chris Morris running down Ryan Doyon in the final laps. Morris and Doyon exchanged slide jobs with Morris edging out Doyon at the checkers and Rick Green third. As green waved on the feature it was polesitter Doyon getting the point ahead of Morris, Jacob Hortch, Cody Leonard and Jared Maupin. On a lap three restart, Leonard got by Hortch for second while Greg Dinsmore, who started out back, made his way past Chris Carroll before another yellow.
