VINTON, Iowa (May 16, 2025) — Bigger paydays and a fresh face at the helm highlight the 5th Annual All-Star Shootout, which returns May 21–24 with four consecutive nights of racing across Texas and Oklahoma.

The tour kicks off Wednesday, May 21 at Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, followed by Grayson County Speedway on Thursday, Heart O’ Texas Speedway on Friday, and Kennedale Speedway Park on Saturday.

Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars, and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods will headline the card each night, with boosted payouts across the board. Modifieds will race for $1,250 to win each night, Stock Cars for $1,000 to win, and SportMods for $750 to win.

Markiss Harcrow steps into his new role as promoter of the Shootout and is eager to build on the momentum of the series. “For anyone taking over a promotion, it’s an exciting venture—and this is no different,” said Harcrow. “This tour has some history behind it that we hope to continue and grow.”

Harcrow leads the way in promotion, Selby Holder will remain on board as the tour’s tech director, ensuring continuity and consistency in enforcement across all four nights.

In addition to nightly winnings, Modified drivers can earn bonuses for repeat wins: $500 for two wins, $1,000 for three, and a $2,000 bonus for a clean sweep of all four nights.

A points fund has also been established. In the Modifieds, the champion will earn $1,000, with $600 for second, $400 for third, $300 for fourth, and $200 for fifth. Sixth through tenth in points will each receive $100. For Stock Cars and SportMods, champions will collect $500, second-place $400, third $300, fourth $200, and $100 each for fifth through tenth.

The opening night at Southern Oklahoma Speedway will serve as a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifier for the Modifieds and a B&B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational qualifier for the Stock Cars.

Registration is now open on MyRacePass. Despite the increase in payouts, entry fees remain the same—$75 for Modifieds and $50 for both Stock Cars and SportMods. Pit passes are $35 each night at all four tracks.
