TIPTON, Iowa (July 26, 2025) — Friday night’s Gary Reinhart Memorial feature at Cedar County Raceway for the Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds drew 27 entries for the $2,000-to-win main event. Spencer Diercks of Davenport charged through the field from his 10th starting position and took the lead on lap 16. Diercks hit his marks lap after lap to outdistance a stellar field and secure his ninth Razor Chassis North Central Region victory of the season. Izac Mallicoat crossed the stripe in second while Joel Rust completed the podium.

Saturday’s Modified main belonged to Brad Dierks, who started up front and led the entire distance of the 20-car feature. The win marked Dierks’ second of the year in the North Central Region. Jeff Larson chased him all the way to the checkers but had to settle for second. Friday winner Spencer Diercks came home third.

Oliver and Reynolds Star in Stock Car Action

John Oliver Jr. made a thrilling late-race move to win the Sunoco IMCA Stock Car feature on Friday night. After starting sixth, Oliver reeled in race-long leader Jeff Larson and edged him by just .020 seconds at the finish line. The win was Oliver’s 14th of the season in the EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region. Gage Neal placed third in the photo finish contest.

Saturday’s Stock Car headliner saw Kaden Reynolds roll off from the 12th starting spot, but it didn’t take long for the Cedar Rapids driver to reach the front. Randy La Mar finished a close second with Kael Koch in third.

Saturday’s Hobby Stock feature saw Justin Wacha put together a perfectly timed drive. Andrew Burg followed him to the line in second while La Mar earned another solid third-place finish.
