FRANCIS CREEK, Wis. (May 27, 2025) — One of Wisconsin’s richest and most prestigious dirt track events returns to 141 Speedway this June as the 17th annual Clash at the Creek, presented by Quietwoods RV, promises two nights of thrilling and a massive payday for the Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds.
Set for Tuesday and Wednesday, June 10-11, with a Test and Tune session on Monday, June 9, the Clash will pay a whopping $10,000 to the Modified feature winner on Wednesday night. The format has been revamped for 2025 to create even more competitive racing and opportunities for drivers to reach the main event.
Tuesday’s program will feature split qualifying features, each with a maximum of 24 cars. Lineups will be determined based on heat race finishes, with heat race lineups themselves set by draw. The top five finishers from each of Tuesday’s qualifiers will be locked into the Wednesday finale.
Drivers who don’t transfer to the big show won’t go home empty-handed—a 24-car Non-Qualifier race paying $1,000 to win will also be held Tuesday night.
“This is always a great show for fans and drivers to come and see,” said Tim Czarneski, promoter of 141 Speedway. “The format is a little different this year, but I think it gives the best cars a chance to get to the front. With the heat races, if someone spins in front of you and gives you a flat tire, you’re chasing your tail the whole night. With this setup, if a guy gets into a wreck but starts 24th in one of the split mains, he still has a chance to race up and get into the Top 5.”
Entry fee for IMCA Modifieds is $200 for both days, payable through MyRacePass, and both nights are Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational qualifiers.
Also racing both nights are the IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods, each competing for $1,000 to win on Tuesday and Wednesday. Stock Car winners will also join the eligibility list for the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational. Entry fees for Stock Cars and SportMods are $20 per night.
Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing National, Razor Chassis North Central Region, and Wisconsin State points will be awarded on both nights of racing.
Pit gates and grandstands open at 3 on race nights, with hot laps and racing beginning at 6:30. On Monday, June 9, gates open at 5, and an open practice begins at 7.
Pit passes are $35. Spectator admission is $22 for adults, $20 for seniors (65+), and kids 10 and under are admitted free. Camping is available for $30 per night, with reservations made through MyRacePass.
And while the Clash at the Creek is one of the track’s biggest draws, it’s far from the only one. IMCA Stock Cars return for $10,000 to win at the King of the Creek presented by Appleton Camping Center, July 15-16, while Northern SportMods headline the Captain of the Creek presented by East Central Coin, August 12-13, with a $10,000 top prize of their own.
