Dirt Knights at Clay County rained out

SPENCER, Iowa – The Arnold Motor Supply Dirt Knights Tour event scheduled for tonight (Monday) at Clay County Fair Speedway has been rained out.

The IMCA Modified tour finale will not be rescheduled. Point standings will be tabulated using drivers’ best five of six event finishes; all point fund amounts and contingency awards are to be announced.

IMCA Speed Shift TV Dirt Knights Tour opens with three races in three states

VINTON, Iowa – Three nights to remember take the Speed Shift TV Dirt Knights Tour for IMCA Modifieds to three tracks in as many different states. Park Jefferson Speedway in Jefferson, S.D., hosts its first opening night tour event, paying $1,500 to win the Monday, July 20 show. Events on Tuesday, July 21 at Jackson, Minn., Motorplex and Wednesday, July 22 at Buena Vista Raceway in Alta, Iowa, both pay $1,000 to win. JEFFERSON, S.D. – IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars headline each night of the upcoming Midwest Madness Tour presented by Western Iowa Racing Results. Both divisions race for $1,000 to win, with Modified features being qualifiers for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot and Stock Car features for the B & B chassis All-Star event, on Sunday, June 27 at Raceway Park in Jefferson, S.D; Monday, June 28 at Park Jefferson Speedway in Jefferson, S.D.; Tuesday, June 29 at Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa; Wednesday, June 30 at Buena Vista Raceway in Alta, Iowa; and Thursday, July 1 at Stuart, Iowa, Speedway. (July 14) – The Arnold Motor Supply Dirt Knights Tour journeys out of state for the first time this season, traveling to Park Jefferson Speedway for a Monday, July 22 show that opens a four-night swing. IMCA Modifieds run for $1,500 to win in tour events at Jefferson and on Tuesday, July 23 at Hancock County Speedway in Britt, then for a top prize of $2,000 Wednesday, July 24 at Buena Vista Raceway at Alta, in an event that doubles as the Al Ritts Memorial. Deschamp Shines in Stock Car Thriller at Nodak Speedway

(Apr. 27, 2025) — Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars took center stage at Nodak Speedway’s season opener, and the 3/8-mile “Playground of Power” delivered thrilling side-by-side action on a crisp Sunday evening. Chris Tuchscherer, the 2005 Williston Basin Stock Car champion and double-duty driver for the night, grabbed the early lead. However, two-time defending track champion Will Scheresky found a way around him by lap 4 and began pulling away before a caution slowed the field on the fifth circuit. On the restart, Gabe Deschamp — fresh off a win at Marshalltown’s Frostbuster earlier in the month — tracked down Scheresky and completed a bold move on the inside to take command on lap 6. (Apr. 26, 2025) — Myron DeYoung proved the high side was the fast lane at Crystal Motor Speedway, using a late-race move to claim his first Friesen Performance IMCA Modified win of the 2025 season — and extend one of IMCA’s most impressive streaks. With the victory, DeYoung has now won at least one IMCA Modified main event in each of the last 31 consecutive seasons, continuing a remarkable run that spans more than three decades. Jaycob Truemner grabbed the initial lead after a spirited battle with Jerry Hunt.
