VINTON, Iowa (Aug. 3, 2025) — Tony Olson captured the IMCA Stock Car win during Sunday’s Bald Tire Bash at Benton County Speedway, powering to his eighth EQ Cylinder Heads Northern Region victory of the season — and fourth at The Bullring — in a dominant drive through the field.

Tommy Fain took command early in the event as Olson and Buck Schafroth moved into the top three. Olson worked the low groove to take the lead while Cole Czarneski challenged Schafroth for third. Once in front, Olson extended his advantage and never looked back, taking the checkers ahead of Fain and Czarneski.

Cordes started to open up his advantage while Freiburger moved past Patrick Flannagan into second. Chaz Baca climbed into third, while Ben Chapman and Chris Snyder dueled for fourth.

Freiburger methodically reeled in Cordes and made his move in traffic to take the lead and the win. Baca and Cordes rounded out the top three.

The victory was Freiburger’s fifth of the season in the Razor Chassis North Central Region and his first at Benton County in 2025.

Fisher began working the high line as the field stayed bunched together. A mid-race restart gave Fisher the opportunity to pounce, as he moved past Richardson for the lead. Justin Stander and Justin Wacha joined the fray and cracked the top four late in the race.

Fisher held on at the line for his sixth win of the year in the B&B Racing Chassis Northern Region, with three of those victories coming at The Bullring.
