IMCA Modifieds race for $1,000 to win Saturday at Heart O’ Texas

WACO, Texas – Heart O’ Texas Speedway starts the Memorial Weekend with a $1,000 to win feature for IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modifieds this Saturday night, May 24.

The Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier pays $400 for second place, $300 for third, $200 for fourth, $150 for fifth, $100 for sixth, $70 for seventh, $60 for eighth and a minimum of $50 to start.

IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods both race for $500 to win and a minimum of $50 to start. IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks chase a $300 top prize.

IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, regional and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded. Also on the program are street stocks and bombers racing for $225 and $200, respectively, to win.

A $50 hard charger award will be given in all classes and there are no entry fees. Pit passes are $25. Gates open at 5 p.m. and racing starts at 8 p.m.

Admission for spectators is $12 for adults, $10 for military personnel, seniors and students, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for five and under.
