(2021) – Landrum Performance Springs adds awards for STARS Mod Lites while renewing post-season prizes in six other IMCA divisions in 2021.

More than 500 drivers will be recognized by the Mentone, Ind., manufacturer in its 17th year of IMCA sponsorship.

Landrum gives a set of four springs to the Mod Lite national champion, certificates to buy one spring and get a second of equal value at no cost to top five finishers in state standings and top three finishers at each Mod Lite track.

“We are very excited to be a part of the STARS Mod Lite division with IMCA. It’s always great to see a sanctioning body like IMCA move deeper into grassroots racing by adding diverse divisions like the STARS Mod Lites,” said Sales and Marketing Director Curtis Caldwell. “We at Landrum already build and have in stock a great spring that has been very successful for this style of race car. We look forward to helping IMCA and STARS Mod Lites grow this new division.”

The same buy one, get one certificates go to drivers who win IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod track titles this season.

Landrum certificates will be presented during the national banquet in November or receive them by mail beginning the following week.

Hard chargers in Modified, Late Model, Stock Car, Mod Lite, Northern SportMod and Hobby Stock main events at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s all receive two Landrum springs.

Information about Landrum-manufactured springs and dealers is available at landrumspring.com, on Facebook or by calling 866 703-3154.

“When talking with Curtis at Landrum there was a real strong desire to put together a program that added a lot of value for our Mod Lite drivers,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder emphasized. “What we put together is the most extensive set of awards for those drivers and demonstrates how much Landrum is focused on supporting new IMCA racers at every track in the country.”
