(2023) – Drivers in four IMCA divisions competing with built engines are in the running for awards from JE Pistons for a lucky 13th consecutive season
The Cypress, Calif., manufacturer, The Industry Leader In Forged Pistons, gives product and product certificates with a total value of more than $10,000 to eligible Friesen Performance IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers.
“JE Pistons is engrained in racing at all levels and our partnership with IMCA has been integral in connecting with fellow racers,” said Marketing Manager Kevin Bailey. “These kinds of partnerships have helped us evolve our piston offerings to cater specifically to what each racing class demands and we’re excited to continue building with IMCA.”
Top eligible drivers in each of the five regions for Modifieds and both regions for Stock Cars, and in national Late Model and Sprint Car standings receive sets of pistons.
Eligible second through fifth place drivers in regional Modified and Stock Car, and national Late Model and Sprint Car points earn certificates valued at $400, $300, $200 and $150, respectively.
Highest finishing Late Model spec engine and Modified claim engine drivers and the Stock Car champion at Super Nationals all receive sets of JE Pistons, as does the champion crowned at the IMCA RaceSaver Nationals.
Information about JE-manufactured pistons and piston kits is available by calling at www.jepistons.com, by calling 714 898-9763 and on Facebook. Awards based on point standings will be presented during the IMCA national banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week.
“Support from JE Pistons is integral to the on-track success of drivers in competing with claim engines,” said IMCA Marketing Integration and Sponsorship Director Carson Becker-Gramm. “It’s exciting to partner with them again in 2023.”
