(2022) – Big Daddy Race Cars, the builder of proven winners, returns as title sponsor of both regions for IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks in 2022.

The Norfolk, Neb., chassis builder provides a portion of the point funds to be paid to top 10 drivers in both Northern and Southern regions again this season.

“My wife Jayne and I have been owners and operators of Big Daddy Race Cars since 2005,” said Dale Bittner, “and would like to reach out and thank all the racers who have supported us for the last 17 years. We will continue on with building proven winners and with customer support.”

Big Daddy Race Cars Northern Region tracks are in eastern Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Saskatchewan, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming while tracks in the Big Daddy Race Cars Southern Region hosting sanctioned events are in Arizona, California, western Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.

The division is back on weekly race programs in both New Mexico and New York this season. Jason Duggins of Farmington, N.M., matched the divisional record when he won his third consecutive Southern Region title last year.

Big Daddy Race Cars also awards $500 in lap money for the Hobby Stock Race of Champions at the upcoming IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.

“It has been a great few months working with Dale and his family. Big Daddy Race Cars is a great reminder of the family aspect of IMCA racing, and their support of the IMCA Hobby Stock division is a perfect match for IMCA Hobby Stock drivers,” said IMCA Marketing Integration and Sponsorship Director Carson Becker-Gramm.
