Camping Rules

1. NO PETS!

2. NO ATV/UTVs IN CAMPGROUNDS! Golf carts only!

3. Camping check-in times are 9am-9pm daily. Only pre-registered campers are allowed to park after 9pm. Do not park your camper unless you are positive you are in your designated stall.

4. All camping stalls must be reserved and paid for prior to parking. If you are not pre-registered you must park in the general parking area until you have registered and paid at the camping office. Do not park in the campgrounds after 9pm if you have not pre-registered. Failure to follow these rules will disqualify you from staying at the campground.

5. RV units can NOT permanently park in the general parking areas.

6. Campers are allowed one (1) tow vehicle per campsite. Additional vehicles must park in the general paid parking areas. Vehicles illegally parked or blocking roads or access will be towed without notice. Camper and tow vehicle must be contained within your designated camping stall, including slide-outs and awnings. Campers with slide-outs on both sides or large awnings will require 2 stalls.

7. NO GLASS. Beverages in aluminum or plastic containers only.

8. All campfires must be in a ring.


Camping Information

 1. Deadline for camping renewals: July 18, 2025. Deadline for all camping registrations: August 18, 2025. After August 18 you will need to register and pay for camping at the track. A late fee of $50 per camping stall will apply after August 18. Campers registering at the track are required to check in at the camping office at the main grandstand ticket booth PRIOR to parking their camper. Please have a registration form filled out prior to arrival to speed up the process. No checks accepted at the track, CASH ONLY.

2. A completed registration form is required for each camping stall, even if you’re part of a group. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

3. Returning campers who request their prior year camping spot will be given priority. This does not guarantee the same spots as prior years. If we are unable to fill your request within the same camping section as prior years, we will assign you a new location. 

4. Campers who need to change the contact name for their camping stall must contact Jim and a submit a new registration form, failure to do so will void your previous registration. No exceptions .

5. Campers with slideouts on both sides, or a slideout and a large awning will require 2 side-by-side stalls. Campers longer than 35 or 40 feet with vehicle will require 2 head-to-head stalls. Check the map on the registration form to see the length of each section. You MUST indicate on the form if you need side-by-side or head-to-head stalls to fit your camper.

6. If we are unable to fill your request within the same camping section we will do our best to assign your additional request in as close proximity as possible.

7. No new requests will be honored in sections C through M. If you need additional adjoining camping stalls after submitting your registration, you must contact Jim for availability.

8. New campers in 2023 and 2024 will not be guaranteed a camping stall in C through M. Campers in these years will be assigned based on availability.

9. No campers or vehicles will be allowed in the campgrounds until Friday, August 29, at 10am, without prior authorizaiton. Campers in the VIP area will be allowed to enter on Thursday, August 28, at 10am. All campers and vehicles in the campgrounds before the opening date and time will be towed without notice.

10. All campers must park diagonally in camping stalls, except in G, M, N.

12. Tags for your camper and tow vehicle will be mailed. Camper tag must be displayed on your camper’s entry door or a window. Tow vehicle tags must be displayed in left side of the windshield. Only  campers and vehicles displaying these tags are allowed in the campgrounds. All other vehicles must park in the paid general parking area or they will be towed. Additional camping stalls are available for purchase in sections O to TT based on availability. Weekly parking permits are available for $100 in shaded green areas in Sections F and G and along the SE section line fence west of the SE pit entrance.

13. Handicap registered vehicles must park in the assigned handicap area. Campers are not allowed to use the handicap parking areas as a permanent parking stall. 

14. All roadways must remain clear according to the City of Boone Fire and Rescue requirements. No exceptions.
