Serbus Scores Sprint Car Win No. 6 of 2025 With Dominant Jackson Motorplex Performance

JACKSON, Minn. (July 25, 2025) — Trevor Serbus led the distance of the 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car main event at Jackson Motorplex for his first victory at the track since 2022 and his sixth overall this year at three different facilities.

Following a caution on the start of the feature, the race ran non-stop until Lap 18 when second-running Lee Goos Jr. collided with a lapped car entering turn one. John Lambertz, who was running fifth, also sustained race-ending damage after clipping the front end of the stopped Goos Jr.

Dusty Ballenger recorded a runner-up result – 1.933 seconds behind Serbus – with Brandon Halverson placing third.

RaceSaver Sprints run Wednesday at Jackson

JACKSON, Minn. – The Heartland Steel Racesaver Sprint Cars presented by Wyffels Hybrids will be added to the Jackson Motorplex program on Wednesday, July 18 with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the LMSS Touring Series. IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars will be racing for $600 to win, plus IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and state points, plus a new Keizer wheel. Hot laps are at 7 p.m. for the draw/redraw show.

Kollofski comes up big time for $1,000 IMCA Modified win at Jackson Nationals

JACKSON, Minn. (Sept. 29) – An IMCA Modified driver who followed a part-time schedule this year came up big time Saturday at Jackson Motorplex. Oliver Kollofski won the Jackson Nationals main event, earning $1,000 and a Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot berth. “There were a couple caution flags that came out at the right time and a found a little grip in (turns) three and four, the Fairmont veteran said. “It’s really neat to race at such an amazing facility. Jackson is a great track.” Kollofski kept the same setup that took him to fifth place in the Friday feature, started ninth in the Saturday show and restarted third for the final caution midway through the 20-lapper. Bosma Blazes to Victory at Jackson Motorplex

(Jul. 11, 2025) – The 20-lap RaceSaver IMCA Sprint Car main event at Jackson Motorplex was a thriller with Brandon Bosma holding off 15th-starting Dominic White in a dramatic finish. Sam Henderson rocketed to the early lead, but quickly slowed in turn two on lap three. Second-running Lee Goos Jr. had nowhere to go and collided with Henderson for the lone caution of the race. Bosma was strong throughout the remainder of the event, but White made big moves before nearly stealing a win in the waning laps. White narrowly edged in front of Bosma in turn two on lap 19, but Bosma’s momentum running the top groove regained him the lead down the backstretch. He dove to the bottom lane entering turn three to protect the lead for the final lap and a half. Hunter Hanson hustled from 10th to third place.

Trenchard Scores First Win of 2025 in Douglas County Modified Main

(July 25, 2025) — Nick Trenchard turned in a dominating performance to capture his first Friesen Performance IMCA Modified feature win of the season at Douglas County Dirtrack — and he did it in classic fashion. The Klamath Falls veteran drove the Biehn Racing no. 54N to the checkered flag and earned his first win of 2025 in the Shaw Race Cars Western Region. In the 25-lap main event, Bennett Bray paced the field on the opening lap until a caution for debris slowed the field. That allowed Trenchard, who started third, to seize the opportunity. On the restart, he threw a big slider into the first set of turns and took control on lap two. Roedl Outguns “The Hitman” for First Win of 2025

By Joe Orsini SEYMOUR, Wis. (July 25, 2025) — The Friesen Performance IMCA Modified feature at Outagamie Speedway kicked off with Dan Roedl grabbing the lead at the drop of the green. Roedl opened up a lead on the field and looked set to grab an easy checkered flag, but “The Hitman” Johnny Whitman had something else in mind. Whitman, the current point leader and defending division champ, started his march to the front by sliding inside Jayden Schmidt on lap seven to move up to fourth. A lap later, Whitman picked off Tanner Janke for third. By lap 11, Whitman snuck past Konnor Wilinski to take second. Meanwhile, Roedl was still setting the pace up front and held a lead of over two seconds when Whitman moved into the runner-up spot.
