WORTHINGTON, Minn. (May 22, 2025) — The summer racing calendar heats up once again as the 7th Annual Midwest Madness Tour storms back into action, bringing five consecutive nights of thrilling IMCA competition to tracks across Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota from June 29 through July 3.

The tour kicks off on Sunday, June 29 at Worthington Speedway, followed by a stop at Clay County Fair Speedway on Monday, June 30. On Tuesday, July 1, the action heads west to Park Jefferson Speedway in South Dakota. Buena Vista Raceway hosts night four on Wednesday, July 2, and the tour concludes at Stuart Speedway on Thursday, July 3.

Free pre-registration is now open through MyRacePass. Links can be found on the Midwest Madness Tour Facebook page.

“I’m really looking forward to a really busy week of racing at some amazing facilities,” said tour organizer Tim Skaren. “We’re looking to build this up bigger and better each year.”

Each event features a full IMCA-sanctioned program for the Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars, Karl Chevrolet IMCA Northern SportMods, Sunoco IMCA Hobby Stocks, and Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts. The Midwest Madness Tour continues to earn its reputation as one of the most rewarding weeks in regional racing, offering strong nightly purses and a robust tour points fund.

IMCA Modifieds will race for a minimum of $1,000 to win and $150 to start each night, with $1,200 awarded to the tour champion. Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars will also compete for $1,000 to win and $125 to start, with the same $1,200 payout going to the overall champion. Northern SportMods will chase $600 nightly wins and a $600 point fund, while Hobby Stocks will race for $500 each night and $500 to win the tour title. Sport Compacts will battle for $200 to win nightly and $250 for the tour championship.

Speedway Motors IMCA Weekly Racing National, regional, state, and tour points will be awarded each night of the tour.

The 2025 Midwest Madness Tour point fund pays down through at least seventh place in most divisions. Sponsors for this year’s point funds include DCS Underground for Modifieds, B&B Racing Chassis for Stock Cars, Spices Galore for Northern SportMods, Road Rage Bikeworks for Hobby Stocks, and Culver’s of Carroll, Iowa for Sport Compacts.

Drivers with perfect attendance will be entered into random draws for bonus prizes, with Finishline Racing Products providing gift certificates in all divisions. To be eligible for point fund payouts, drivers must compete in at least four of the five events.

The tour is also made possible by a wide range of supporting partners, including Fast Shafts, Wehrs Machine, Horsepower Dynamics, Finishline Racing Products, and numerous other regional and national sponsors.

With five races at five great venues in five nights, generous purses, and a fun, competitive atmosphere, the Midwest Madness Tour remains one of the most anticipated stretches of the IMCA summer season.
