JAZ renews IMCA awards, continues national Modified decal program role

SANTA PAULA, Calif. – A California company that has rewarded IMCA drivers for their on-track accomplishments for more than two decades will do so again in 2018.

JAZ Products gives more than $14,000 in product certificates to drivers in all eight sanctioned divisions, in its 23rd year as an IMCA sponsor. The Santa Paula manufacturer also returns to a key role in the national decal program for IMCA Modifieds.

“JAZ Products is pleased to have such a great partnership with IMCA for well over 20 years now, and to continue offering contingency awards to well deserving IMCA winners,” said JAZ Sales Manager Bradley Jewett. “We get a lot of thank you letters from appreciative racers in IMCA and we want them to know we also appreciate them in return for their hard work and dedication. JAZ would like to wish the racers the best of luck and keep up the amazing work in the 2018 racing season!”

JAZ Products certificates valued at $500, $300, $200, $100 and $75 go to the top five drivers in point standings for each of the five Modified regions.

Product certificates in the same increments go to top five drivers based on national point standings for IMCA Late Models, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods, IMCA Southern SportMods and Mach-1 Sport Compacts.

Modified drivers are required to display two JAZ decals in designated locations on their door panels to be eligible for awards.

Information about JAZ-manufactured seats, fuel cells, seat belts and other safety equipment, pit and fuel accessories in addition to race car plumbing is available by calling 800 525-8133, at the www.jazproducts.com website and on Facebook.

All certificates will be presented during the national awards banquet in November or mailed from the IMCA home office beginning the first week of December.

“The JAZ program has been a cornerstone of our Modified required decal program for as long as I can remember and one that brings a great deal of stability,” observed IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “We are proud to have partnered with them for over two decades and the relationship with them is as strong as ever.”
