Side Biter Chassis signs for fifth season as IMCA Modified North Central Region sponsor

CLEAR LAKE, Iowa – Modified drivers in IMCA’s North Central Region run under the Side Biter Chassis banner for a fifth consecutive season.  The Clear Lake, Iowa, chassis builder again provides a portion of the $6,000 point fund to be paid to top 10 drivers in the region, which includes tracks in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Saskatchewan, South Dakota and Wisconsin.  The champion earns a $2,500 share of that payout, the runner-up $1,250. Third place pays $625, fourth $325, fifth $300 and sixth through 10th each $200.  All drivers in the region are required to display two Side Biter logos on their race car to be eligible for point fund shares, which will be presented during the national awards banquet in November or mailed beginning the next week from the IMCA home office. Side Biter is owned by IMCA Modified veteran and Hancock County Speedway promoter Ryan Ruter, and also builds Stock Car and Northern SportMod chassis as part of a most diversified product line.
